Who are you guys?
We’re the Tote Bros! We’re your tote rental pros. With over 40+ years of experience in the moving industry we know what’s great and not so great about moving your belongings in boxes.
Do you guys still move?
No, but we can refer you to the best moving company in town, hands down.
Can I still rent totes if I use a moving company?
Always! If that company is packing your belongings it may be best to let them know in advance that you’ve rented totes and if you’ve purchased packing materials. Some companies bring their own boxes and supplies, and it might be easier on you and them if we deliver supplies with your totes.
Can I order on short notice?
Yes, as long as we have the totes available and the desired date and time available. The sooner you order, the more likely we’ll have what you need.
Is there a delivery or pickup fee?
No, we drop them off for your use and pick them up when you no longer need them. We just ask that you return them clean. It’s as simple as that.
Do you offer other packing materials?
Yes, we offer various packing materials. While they may not be needed in every case, we know it’s nice to make sure your valuables are as safe as they can be. We’ve wrapped and taped items in bubble wrap and paper before boxing them up in the past, so we know that stuff is great to have.
How long do you get to keep the totes?
That depends on what you ordered. If you rented them for one week, the week starts from the date the totes arrived for your use. That might look something like packing in 1-2 days, moving in 1-2 days and unpacking 1-2 days. Leaving one extra day available if needed. If you need more time, we’ll be happy to work that out with you.
What if I need more totes?
Feel free to place another order. Just kidding, you can reach out to us to inquire about adding more totes to help narrow down the amount you need.
Is there a cancellation policy?
No, we just ask to please let us know before the day of delivery if possible.
Does someone need to be available to receive my tote order?
It is preferred, but if no one is able to receive them, let us know where to leave them. Under a porch or in a carport can help protect them from bad weather if it’s on a rainy day.
